Artwork title: "old goat"
We have selected "old goat" for our first label in our Artist series. The artwork "old goat" was originally planned for our coffee label series. Although my sister never had the opportunity to see her artwork on our coffee label, we are happy to share her work. There are several additional art pieces not originally planned for this series which we will include in future releases.
We've paired "old goat" with a coffee from JAVA Temanggung, Central Java, it's roasted to a medium dark.
Process: Fully washed
Cupping Notes: Nutty flavors, medium body with pleasant earthy finish and notes of citrus.
Old goat was our dad's call sign and a reminder of someone who really loved his coffee. Dad's love for coffee most likely began during his military days wrenching on airplanes and helicopters in the Army. I'm certain that cup of coffee included a couple Lucky Strike smokes, this was his happy time of the day.
We hope that you enjoy the artwork on the label and brew a delicious cup of coffee to share with friends and family.
